Leslie Blevins is the Public Relations and Communications Manager at Bristol Tennessee Essential Services (BTES) where she is responsible for company publications, public relations and the organization’s quality program. In addition to providing extremely reliable electric services to its community, BTES provides fiber services (Internet, telephone and cable) and has Internet speeds of 10 Gigabits per second available to every business and home in its service area. Leslie is a member of the Continuous Improvement Team which led the organization in being the first utility to ever receive the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award in 2017. Leslie was a recipient of the Tri-Cities 40 Under Forty award in 2012 and is the Past President of the Rotary Club of Tri-Cities. She serves as the Public Image Committee Chair for Rotary District 7570 and is a member of the Communications Committee for the United Way of Bristol. She is a master examiner with the Tennessee Center for Performance Excellence (TNCPE) and received the TNCPE Champion of Excellence award in 2017.
