Chuck Gault is the founder and President of Max Coating. The company has operated for 21
years. Chuck graduated from Auburn University in 1986 with a degree in Mathematics and in
1990 with a degree in Civil Engineering. Chuck has been a member of the Entrepreneur
Organization (EO) of Birmingham since 2008 and served as its President in 2014. He and his
wife Alison have raised two sons, both Eagle Scouts. Chuck was an Assistant Scout Master in
Troop 63 and an Eagle Scout coach. In his free time, Chuck enjoys fly fishing for redeye bass.
